How to Request Data Deletion

If you have used Vidau and would like to request the deletion of your data, you may do so using one of the following methods:

Option 1: Revoke Authorization via Third-Party Platform

If you connected your advertising account to Vidau through a third-party platform (such as Meta/Facebook), you can revoke Vidau’s access directly from that platform’s settings.

Once authorization is revoked:

• Vidau will no longer be able to access your advertising data
• Any stored data related to your account will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time, unless retention is required by law

Option 2: Contact Us Directly

You may also request data deletion by contacting us via email.

Please send an email to:

Include the following information in your request:

• The email address associated with your Vidau account
• The advertising platform you connected (e.g., Meta/Facebook)
• A brief statement requesting data deletion

We will verify your request and process it within 30 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize:

• Your Vidau account information
• Advertising account data retrieved through authorized APIs
• Any related analytics or reports stored on our platform
